Help! Looking for a mod.

I am looking for a mod that can able to do this:

Lets say I have 50 items are in specials and I can able to delete them all at the same time instead of going in and delete each time. And I can able move 10 to 20 different items to different categories at the sametime. Can someone help me in this area?

Well this isn't not what I am looking for Quick updates only you can change prices only. Any other suggestions?

Well like for an example lets say I have 30 items/products have specials after the specials has been expires I have to go in and delete each one individually. Is there a faster way without using MS Excel or without doing lots of typing doing it that way also takes up my time.
