Hi, this is a live issue so just a quickie as I need to respond to the emails coming in thick and fast! I've looked through for similar problems but not seeing anything (and I'm in stress mode, not helping)
I recently re-organised my products, moved some, un-linked some etc. Now, I'm running a pilot promo and people are reporting that products are automatically being added to their carts (e.g. that they look at but don't want) or items are removed completely from their cart.
Some people can order perfectly fine.
I'm working through the info coming in to spot a pattern but does this sound like a database issue after my shuffle, or do I need to tell them to reset cookies or something? :-(
I backed up before the re-shuffle, and I'm glad I'm running a pilot before launching to my whole customer base!
