Kim's right.
GD won't open port 1129 if you're on their regular hosting plan. And their other hosting options are way too costly for what they offer.
GD is great for low-cost domain registrations, but frankly that's the ONLY business they belong in. Everything else they do related to websites/hosting/etc is JUST a money-grab. There's much proof of that in many other discussions on this and other website forums.
