Aligning background images

Hi everybody

I have recently done a huge overhaul of my website, though i have been using zen cart for the past 2 1/2 years, I have never encountered this issue.

I have my header as a flash object that is suppose to flow into the right column background image which is the tail of the kite.

In IE the kite tail will sit even, while in FF it will sit to one side, while chrome will show it sitting to the other.

I have moved the column width back and forth, but can't find the happy medium which will suit.

I know I read something on here a few months ago, but do you think I can find it again.......

Any suggestions please?

Visited site 3 times, using ie8, firefox, chrome..
dont see any problems re flash.
