    help question free shipping in 5 boros nyc

    Hi!
    I'm making a web-site for a furniture company.
    I need to make free delivery (drop off) in 5 boroughs, NYC and CALL to office - for shipping in other states. How can I do this? Could you please help me?

    The only way I found is by zip code.
    Maybe somebody has zip codes for NYC area?
