Just in case anyone's watching this thread, I found the answer - Apsona Shop Admin. Search in the forum and you'll find it. It seems pretty good and has a much nicer interface

Anyway, I just did one of those stupid Friday afternoon stuff-ups. I took my swatches text file from one site and uploaded it to another site (via SQL loader). So now all my size option values have colour swatches associated with them. Does anyone know how to "unassociate" an attribute image from an attribute???
