Perhaps the product is virtual with no address required?

Yes, it is a virtual product - but I have also tried testing products that are downloads, when is it suppossed to show up and not show up? Little confusing.
I am generally having trouble with the entire checkout process. Ughhhhh... It does not seem to be working, except when the product is free... and I'm not giving away all my products!
