HELP!!!! Problem With Shipping Estimator

Hi I've left numerous posts about this issue and noone appears to want to help. So I'm now down to begging.

I have an issue with the shipping estimator - it doesn't work basically and I can't see why it doesn't work.

When you enter a different country into the shipping estimator it brings up a blank page on the website that doesn't format correctly. I really don't know what is causing this problem....so please please can somebody somewhere help me????


The site is www.dottybettys.com - you will need to go through the cart process and select a different country other than the one selected which will be UK before yous ee the problem.

I get a virus warning (sirens, flashing lights) when going to your URL, suggesting a HACK.

You should immediately disable your site, contact your host and follow hack remedy procedures.

Hi I've already cleaned the website from the hack so not sure why it is still coming up like that.

What warning messages are you getting? I really need help with this.

P.S. The hack was malicious code, apparently a problem withy the host so I'm moving the site.

I checked this site above and its not reporting any issues with hacking...however...the first site you mentioned showed up as a hacked site...

will be the same site only on a different server.

I cannot see the warning messages my end so I need to know what it says exactly. Any chance you can tell me?

I've already been through the source code and found the hacks and deleted them so really not sure what to do next apart from change the host.
