See site www.apollobuildingsupplies.co.uk for osme reason when i view in Firefox and IE7 after a couple of minutes the Cart moves down the page and just leaves the grey area at the top roughly about 6 inches anyone any idea why??

Also in my CSS file which area controls the Product Categories in the Top Horizontal bar I would like to make them larger if possible.

You can style #navCatTabs and related elements for the category links. Look in View Source for other subcomponents of that bar if you need to.
I haven't seen any change (on Firefox) in 10 minutes or so...

Find #navCatTabsWrapper in your stylesheet and add

font-size: 1.2em;

Adjust to taste.

The grey area appearing is not based on a specific time. It happens when you rollover the images in "Featured Products" due to the Javascript you've used. Firebug shows the javascript adds code to <div id="trailimageid"/> when you roll over the images and this causes the space. I'd check you've used/applied the Javascript correctly.

That makes sense - I couldn't imagine any way the time alone could cause such a change. As I don't let javascript run on a site unless I enable it, I would never have triggered that.
