I am in Canada, but shipping out of the US...my questions are
1. How do you configure shipping? Do you use the zip code of where things are being shipped from for calculations?
2. How do I sign up for USPS tools, do I use my Canadian address?
3. What if I am using 3 different suppliers from different areas of the US?
how does it calculate that?

Any help would be appreciated, I don't necessarily want to use flat rate shipping as I don't know what things will cost, as it is based on weight etc. And I don't want to build the money into the price and do free shipping??

Is there any easy solution to any of this??
