Is there anyway to prevent my e mails from my Zen Cart not to go to junk at Hot Mail, Google, etc. I have my e mails sent from a known domain set to yes in configuation.

There are a number of things you can try, with the assistance of your hosting company:
1. Try using SMTPAUTH mode instead of PHP mode ... if it doesn't make a difference, switch it back.
