Email new password errors

Needing help with "forgot Password" email. I am getting the following error message when I submit to get a forgot password. I am testing with this email address.

Email Error: SMTP Error: The following recipients failed: midwestfishing##################

Can someone tell me why this is happening? This email is an AOL email address.

Is this for Admin password or an Account password?

eMail problems can be tough to troubleshoot and "SMTP Error" doesn't tell us much, other than to confirm the eMail address is a valid one.

Sorry for not being clear. It is an account password. I set up an account with the AOL address just for testing. It is my own information but different than the ADMIN login and password.

If it helps I am using Windows hosting with Godaddy. I used SMTP settings as recommended in ZenCart for Windows in the tabs. This is from the ZenCart Email config.....Defines the method for sending mail.
PHP is the default, and uses built-in PHP wrappers for processing.
Servers running on Windows and MacOS should change this setting to SMTP.

Please Disregard. I have figured it out. I was using the wrong email settings in the config. area. Thank you for your replies.

Always good to know though, for others reading this in the future, what worked for you to solve the problem.
