How to change header and footer links?

Just loaded Zencart 1.3.2.4 , and I want to have my own links
in the top navigation bar and in the footer link. Right now, the links are:

Home Page | Specials | New Products | All Products | Reviews | etc...

I want to link to my other pages, like the following:

Compatible Phones | PIN Loading Instructions | Coverage Map | etc.

How can I get rid of these links, and make my own pages?

I will have a | Refills | page, where the customer will choose to purchase a product (I only have 6 products!)

Can someone please help? I am new to Zencart, and some help in this area would really help me develop this site. Thanks!

ok, the page I am trying to duplicate is at http://www.pageplusdirect.com - I want to basically move my
whole site to a zencart format. I have done a feeble attempt
at http://www.pageplusdirect.com/zencart/

P.S. I DID figure out how to remove the top navigation bar - it was in the tpl_header.php
