.TABLE_CEON_URI_MAPPINGS' doesn't exist

I am troubleshooting this cart (it's says it is using the latest version of ZC) that has been in existence for quite some time.

Whenever a user tries to edit either a category or products they get the following error message:

1146 Table 'throwblanketswoven_zen.TABLE_CEON_URI_MAPPINGS' doesn't exist
in:
[ SELECT language_id, uri FROM TABLE_CEON_URI_MAPPINGS WHERE main_page = 'index' AND associated_db_id = '1' AND current_uri = '1';]
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

I've googled and can only find 2 references to it and one is on a Czech forum and the other a Serbian site.

Any ideas?

try to re-install the .sql file from the CEON Uri software add-on.
