After the web hosting provider updated their server my zen-cart site going down and keep redirect to zc_install/index.php and show the page as not found. The site was work prefect before the server update. any one have experience about this issues?

You'll need to get in touch with your host to find out exactly what was "upgraded"... Then ask them for advice on how to re-configure your installation.
If they give you a "blank stare", come back here and accurately describe what their upgrade involved - and this will include telling us what systems / settings were in place BEFORE the upgrade, compared to what is there AFTER the upgrade.20 years a Zencart User

Perhaps you are using a version of Zen Cart that's not compatible with the new software on the server, such as perhaps a newer PHP version?
