Currently using the latest Zen-cart I need to add on the following options and am not sure which add-ons to choose from.

I need to print a list of customers that bought a particular product only and include quanitity and total dollar purchased.

I need a way to add orders manually through the admin if someone walks off the street and pays cash. I don't want to use the COD payment option.

Any help would be great!
