1.3.7 Applied Latest Security Patch -- Am I Safe?

I'm running version 1.3.7, but just finished installing the security patch. Am I good to go, or do I have to install 1.3.8?

I would recommend that you upgrade - - It is not overly difficult
The added 3rd party mods, if you have some will be more the issue

Make a list - - check it twice - - look up if there has been any update for them
Many have not been updated due to version and will not require change
