I would like to be able to organize my catagories by alphabetical order. My site is http://www.kireifragrances.com/.

I have so many products in certain catagories (like, Womens Perfume) and I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on how to break the main catagory subcatagories up using A, and listing all subcatagories, B, list all subcatagories, so on and so forth.

At the very top of the page I imagine I would need to add some type of sort menu as well.

If anyone can help, I'll be extremely greatful. Thanks.
