Image Handler Mod?

After I changed the Product Info Width and Height, the mouse over image was exactly the size I wanted it to be. When I changed the size of the actual Image New Product Width and Height, It didnt work anymore.

Also, my additional images arent showing up.. The step I am taking to load the addtional images are as follows:
I am putting them directly into the images folder through my ftp program and naming them accrodingly.
