    First ... let's look at Free Shipping Options freeoptions:

    You have everything set for IF Price >= 0 and IF Price <= 0 and IF Weight is >= 0 and Weight <= 0 and IF Count is >= 0 and IF Count <= 0 ... show the Free Shipping Options freeoptions ...

    Is that what you really mean?

    Or, do you want something like, for example if I wanted this to show when the Total Price >= 0 I would have:
    Enable Free Options Shipping
    True

    Shipping Cost
    0.00

    Handling Fee
    0

    Total >=
    0.00

    Total <=

    Weight >=

    Weight <=

    Item Count >=

    Item Count <=

    Tax Class
    --none--

    Tax Basis
    Shipping

    Shipping Zone
    --none--

    Sort Order
    0
    Notice the "blanks" vs the 0 settings on everything except what I want ...

    Yes, I've changed the setting to:

    Weight >=
    0

    Weight <=
    "blank"

    And the zone to United kingdom

    I've noticed the module doesn't like the zone. It deactivates the module and a yellow dot appears.

    The Zone on Free Shipping Options freeoptions means:

    1 the yellow dot is showing, you have a Zone set

    2 if you have Weight >= 0 and all others blank then it will ALWAYS show for the Zone that you have set, no matter what ...

    Are you trying to use the Free Shipping Options freeoptions for the Free Shipping to the UK?

    Because right now, this will make Free Shipping Options freeoptions ALWAYS show to the UK when the weight is >= 0 which more or less means, ALWAYS be available to the UK regardless of what is in the cart ...

    So should I disable this module altogether and sort it through another method?

    Because at the moment both the free shipping options freeoptions and my zone (GB= 50:0.00) are returning free shipping for all products to UK.

    On Zones ...

    You have GB, GI, GG

    I get United Kingdom - GB

    I get Gibraltar - GI

    But who is GG ...

    Zone 1:
    50:0.00

    means up to 50 lbs is 0.00 and over 50 lbs is 0.00 because nothing is defined ... so that is saying GB, GI and whoever GG is will ALWAYS show 0.00 for shipping on the Zone Rate ...

    Then on the other Zones, such as Zone 2 you have are also doing this by weight:
    Zone 2 Shipping Table
    0:0.00,0.19:1.95,0.3:2.45,0.5:3.95,0.75:4.95,1:6.95,1.25:7.95,1.5:8.95,2:9.95,50 :10.95

    You break down all these rates up to 2 pounds then jump to 50 pounds is 10.95 ...

    Is that what you mean?

    As to the Free Shipping Options freeoptions if you are just using this in searching for ways to get 0.00 shipping for the UK for products marked as Always Free Shipping ... uninstall it ... this is most likely not the way to go ... but I am still trying to understand things here on what you need and work out a solution ... :)

    And just since it would be a good time to ask, what are your settings in the Configuration ... Shipping/Packaging ...

    I don't remember who GG is Gibralter or somewhere.

    Yes, it was an attempt to offer free shipping on products marked as Always free shipping.

    Yes, anything above 2lbs and up to 50lbs will remain at £10.95, as in the shipping/packaging config I have set a maximum purchase weight of 50lbs.

    (I'll change this to kg soon)

    The settings in shipping/packaging as follows:

    Country of Origin United Kingdom
    Postal Code HA3 6HH
    Enter the Maximum Package Weight you will ship 50
    Package Tare Small to Medium - added percentage:weight 0:0
    Larger packages - added packaging percentage:weight 10:0
    Display Number of Boxes and Weight Status 0
    Order Free Shipping 0 Weight Status 1
    Shipping Estimator Display Settings for Shopping Cart 1
    Display Order Comments on Admin Invoice 1
    Display Order Comments on Admin Packing Slip 1
