Anyone have any luck trying to get past this error while using the UPSXML module?

Rating and Service 1.0001 0 An unknown error occured while attempting to contact the UPS gateway : Rating and Service 1.0001 0 An unknown error occured while attempting to contact the UPS gateway.

I have all of the prerequisite account info at UPS, including an XML key.

I've tried several configurations with no luck.
