New Attribute Shows but no Options

I'm having a little trouble adding a new attribute to cart pages. I have added the name and values and also added the values to the products in a catagory. The attribute dropdown box shows, but it does not list any of the options. I have seen it do this before but am unable to resolve.

An example can be seen here. The 'Style' selection should have three items listed.

I have searched the forums but may not be wording correctly to locate assistance. Any help is appreciated.

No. The three options are:

Short Sleeve Tee
Long Sleeve Tee
Hoodie


Could the spaces be creating the issue?

I just tested the 'PREVIEW ATTRIBUTES DISPLAY' and it displays everything fine. However it does not in the live store. I put the debug PHP file in place but no error records are created.

In a case like this, switch to CLASSIC template, and see if the problem replicates itself in the standard ZC template.

If it does NOT replicate, then you know that some file in your CUSTOM template is the rogue.

If it DOES replicate, then you have a CORE file (non-template related) that is the issue.

When I switch to the Classic template it DOES replicate. Any thoughts on what core file I could start with?

I'm not sure why or what I am missing, but here is what I did.

UPDATE `mytablename`.`products_options_values` SET `products_options_values_quantity` = '3' WHERE `products_options_values`.`products_options_values_id` =78 AND `products_options_values`.`language_id` =1 LIMIT 1 ;


That is the only thing I could see diff from the other attribs that worked.

Try creating a completely new attribute set - call it Styles1 .

See if the new one works. If so, you have a dbase issue with the original Styles set.

Did that. The new does not work until I make the same change. It's really strange.

You might have a faulty PHP file in the admin side of your store ...
