How can I change the text information in the Shipping and Return?

I have done Tools>define page editor. define_shippinginfo.php and change the text but it won't change the text for me.

When I edit it in define pages it won't change the main site page

You likely lack the file permissions to edit this from your admin. In your site's structure, go to includes/languages/english/

Then set the folder permissions for html_includes to 755.... or if it doesn't work at 755 to 777.

Edit the page, then set html_includes back to the permissions it had originally.

BTW, your session ID is not working correctly.... In your admin under Configuration >>> Sessions check the following

Prevent Spider Sessions True
Recreate Session True

If that fails to make the session IDs go away after a few clicks, then make sure the path in Session Directory is writeable... 755 or 777
