Problem with USPS calculator

Hey everyone,
I am trying to offer flat rate, along with calculated UPS and USPS to my customers. I have no issues with the UPS calculator but the USPS calculator gives me "We are unable to find a USPS shipping quote suitable for your mailing address and the shipping methods we typically use.
If you prefer to use USPS as your shipping method, please contact us for assistance.
(Please check that your Zip Code is entered correctly.)" everytime. I thought maybe I used the wrong web tools ID, so I changed that, but nothing happened. I enabled the debug email and got an email saying "<Error>
<Number>80040b1a</Number>
<Description>Authorization failure. You are not authorized to connect to this server.</Description>
<Source>UspsCom:oAuth</Source>
</Error>" I am really getting frustrated with this and could really use some assistance. Is there someway I can check that my web tools ID actually works? Do I ever use my password for anything? Why does the US government have to make everything so complicated? Thanks in advance for your help!

Did yyou obtain a USPS Account?
Did you request that they place you on the "production server"?

Thanks for your response. I do have a USPS account. I am unfamiliar with the production server though, so that is probably my problem. What do I have to do with this "production server"?

I cant seem to get the new UPS Priority Flat Rates to appear. My system is set for "production" rates.

Anyone have an idea how to do this ?

Thanks kobra! I followed your instructions and voila, it works! Now to figure out the flat rate boxes.
