Cant get Congratulations! You have successfully installed your Zen Cart off

I cant get Congratulations! You have successfully installed your Zen Cart™ E-Commerce Solution off my page, ive changed the lower text and thats showing ok but the congratulations part is still there at the Top, ive been to the back end changed it to what i want it to look like and thats changed but the congratulations is still showing ??, any help out there please.
PS ive looked at the tutorials and followed what it said ive deleted Congratulations! You have successfully installed your Zen Cart™ E-Commerce Solution. and put what ive wanted to put but its still there ! ive saved it so i know ive up loaded the new text but the congrats is still at the Top !!

Sorry, but what you're saying is impossible. You've missed or misinterpreted steps in the process. Check the tutorials again and look through the suggested threads at the bottom of this thread.
