How do I remove some of the links from the Information Box. They are on my main page.


Answer:
If you login to your admin panel

Configuration/Define Page Status

Set status to 3 to remove the link.
****However the the 2 links below CANNOT BE REMOVED this way.
# Gift Certificate FAQ
# Newsletter Unsubscribe

So How do i do to turn these off?

Answer: The only way I was able to remove all 3 of these link required three different steps. These are explined below:


1.) "Discount Coupon", how to disable this link on main page.

You can also enable/disable your other information pages in the same way.

Define Page Status

Now SET TO 3 TO DISABLE

go to Zencart admin and turn these functions off. Look under:
Admin->Configuration->Email Options-> newsletter subscribe link

Display "Newsletter Unsubscribe" Link?
Show "Newsletter Unsubscribe" link in the "Information" side-box?
Set to False


Admin->Modules->Order Total->

Now uninstall Gift Certificates Module.

**note you can also uninstall the discount coupon Module here. This is another way to remove the link from the main page, However the perfered method would be to use the steps followed in part 1.)

uninstall Mod.
