Sub Categories Logo's When Categories Clicked???

Hi, i cant seem to get this right, I have uploaded an image for each subcategory.

What iam trying to acheive is that when the Top Category is Selected from the sidebox or crossbar, the Main page displays the logos for the subcategories than i can click on the main page subcategorie logo to get to the subcategory

I have done it before on another site but for some reason it is not working now, iam guessing its a confiuration needs amending.

Does any have any ideas???

Is your setting for this "1"

admin > config > layout settings > Categories - Always Show on Main Page

Hi, just changed the setting to 1 on:

admin > config > layout settings > Categories - Always Show on Main Page

When i click on Men it still not showing the subcategory logos on the main page.

Tried changing the template to classic and it displays fine. But on this template it not showing.
