Hi,
I sometimes get duplicate orders on zen cart 1.3.8 (the latest one), both have the total amount, but the order numbers are different like 100 and 101. I noticed something about the ip adresses, when you look at it in the detail, one has two different ip adresses and the other one has the same repeated twice. A non-duplicated order has this repeated ip too.

I know it's not happening all the time but it's really a pain when it's time to do the accountancy, it's kind of a problem, plus customers are always wondering if they have been charged twice.

Some might say that the PDT deactivation should solve the problem but it's not, i'm still getting those duplicate orders.

There has been a solution posted about a submitonce() javascript fonction and it did not work for me either (and i don't seem to be the only one...).


I really think that there might be a bug somewhere because some other carts seem to be experiencing it. I found this: https://support.aspdotnetstorefront....barticleid=181
and a lot of other threads giving solutions and telling about going back to the cart before getting the ipn message.

Anyway that would be great if someone could help me (us) with that because it's really annoying.
