I have a specific category where everything in that category has free shipping.

when I have ONLY that item in my cart it gives the option for free shipping but also gives the UPS options. it should only show free shipping.

when i have the free shipping item as well as another item in the cart it does not show free shipping and gives the calculated shipping total for the items.... I then removed the free shipping item from the cart and the estimated shipping total went down... so it is still calculating shipping for that item.

am I missing something here?
