Footer Navigation Changes

Hello, I am using Zen Cart 1.3.8a Database Patch Level: 1.3.8 at http://www.cartoolconnection.com

I am trying to change the navigation in the bottom. I can easily locate tpl_footer and have copied it in my custom folder, but unfortunately I am at a loss as to how to change it. I want to change the links to:

Privacy Policy | Return/Cancellation Policy | About Us | Contact Us

Can someone give me a hand? Thanks!

go to admin -> configuration -> ez-pages settings -> EZ-Pages Footer Link Separator (change the default settings to suit your needs.)
