Products with attributes stock not updating quantity

I have installed the Products with attributes stock plugin. The quantity for product variant are updated automatically, but the quantities per variant are not updated, so I have to change every single variant quantities manually.

For example, I have 9 pants in three different sizes, three of each size. When I sell 1 item of one size, the total quantity goes down to 8, but it still says I have 3 pants of each size... what do I do if someone then buys the 3 items that appear to be in stock...?

I have included a picture which shows what I am talking about, the total quantity number is 9, but when you add the variants together, the number is 10.
