How to send email after sale, no credit card payment?

I am not interested in credit card payment or any payment system at all.

Is it possible to make Zen Cart email the admin OR show what people have purchased and their info but with no credit card payment

I'm not exactly sure what you're after. You say 'what people have purchased', but if they don't pay, they haven't purchased anything.

Do you mean you want the visitor to be able to submit a list of items they want to purchase to you by email?

I want the email to have the list of items the customer wants.

You could rename and change the text in the Check/Money Order module to read something like 'Submit for a Price Quote' and set it as your only payment option.

Would it be possible to show the customer the price of the product and the total price of all the items in the cart so they already know the total and don't need the price quote?

I installed a language pack that must not be completely translated and didn't realize it is actually possible to see what people ordered through the administration control panel. So, the email is no longer needed.
