I am selling patterns for customers on my site. I have a basic pattern and a personalized patterns. When a customer buys a basic pattern I have no problems. When they click on the option to have a personalized pattern they get charged shipping.

I do have a file name for the personalized pattern and the weight is set to 0.

I am at a lost on how to fix this. I am running the most current version of zen cart.
