Something isn't right here. Help!

I just noticed that my header is showing correctly in Safari but in Firefox the whole header image is a different color. Does anyone have any ideas on what is happening with it?

Also I'm having an issue with a small white line across the top of my header. I can't seem to get it to go away. I've tried resizing my header and all the tricks I found in other posts (the <!-- --> around the <br class="clearBoth" /> in tpl_header.php, margin-top: -1 in the stylesheet and a few other things. Can anyone give me a fix for this thing?
