Table Rate Calculating Best Rate only

My shipping Table Rate is calculating only the Best Rate when I have products priced by attributes. This is costing me money. Please any suggestions??

I am getting shipping prices that appear to be working for both Products with Attributes and Products without Attributes ...

Have you a specific Product that does not appear to be working?

I just had someone order Easy Knit Cardigan (1 - 4)under Children and they were charge 3.00 -

Also I had someone else order under children two Knitters Choice (3-6) and also get charged 3.oo

Work with me here ... could you at least give me the products_id for the Product?

Could you peek in your Configuration ... Shipping/Packaging ... and see if you have marked 0 weight means Free Shipping?

If so, and 0 weight does NOT mean Free shipping, could you turn that off and see if your shipping starts pricing off Product Price on all of your products?

You have weight on many Products and no weight on many products and if you are basing shipping on Price, then I believe that you really want to turn Free Shipping on 0 weight off ...

I have checked the shipping/package configuration and it is set as no. Here is a copy of the configuration.

There is something about these two Products that other Products are not doing with or without Attributes ...
