Can't figure it out, probably simple

Hello everyone. I just downloaded the latest version 1.3.8 and loaded to a car club I belong to. This is the main site

The store button doesn't work yet, but this is where the store is...

Now I have managed to edit some stuff, but this is what I can't find.

1) I changed maybe 4 files where I found the Title and Tag for the top of the website and it still says
"Zen Cart!, The Art of E-commerce"
Where do I change this? I am using the original template. I haven't loaded anything new.

2) On the home page it says in the middle "Congratulations! You have successfully installed your Zen Cart™ E-Commerce Solution."
Where do I get rid of that?

3) Finally, I want to put a link back to the main website, but can't figure out where, or how to put it. Perhaps at the top left corner where it says "Home | Log In", can I some how edit that and make is say "Store Home | Back to CVA mainpage | Log In"

And ofcourse the CVA page would be http://www.ctvwa.org .

4) And if you have any other suggestions to make it look more like the homepage, just let me know how to do it. I am trying to figure things out on my own, but I think after 8 hours straight, I have hit my limit.

While you can link back to the existing site, keep in mind that if someone is shopping and returns to your main site, he/she may lose his/her session and the contents of the shopping cart.
