How do I change "Welcome to webshop.com"?

I'm sure this is a no brainer for a lot of you guys, but I haven't found any answers in the archives and I've been searching all day.

Right now I want to edit the following text on my site:

Welcome to WebShop.com
Welcome Guest! Would you like to log yourself in?
Our professional services will help you to breathe new life into your business. Feel free to describe the functionality of modules and templates you need to enhance your Zen Cart by sending us a request for quote. Even more, you can use our site to download free templates and modules for your Zen Cart! Make your store eminent and surely customers will appreciate that. This is the main define statement for the page for english when no template defined file exists. It is located in: /includes/languages/english/index.php

I can edit the last two sentences by going to the location it suggests, however from "Welcome to WebShop.com" to "Make your store eminent and surely customers will appreciate that" I can't find what file I need to edit.

All answers are greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the reply, but that wasn't quite it. It did show me how to turn off the welcome user message, but no information on how to change "Welcome to WebShop.com" or any of the other text to follow.
