UPS for most products, Individual Rates for some

Hello All!

I am looking for a solution to proper shipping configuration in Zen Cart (newest version).

Most items are shipped via UPS. A few items that ship from international sources and all items that are heavy require flat rate shipping to be entered. How do I allow UPS for most items and create individual flat rates for other products?
