    Zen Cart 1.3.8a
    Patch: 1::
    Database Patch Level: 1.3.8

    I need help.

    I renamed and moved a category and now the items that are still active and showing in my control panel under this category are not showing up as active on my website. I had over 100 items and I cant' figure out how to get them to show back up on my website. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    When you say you Renamed and Moved a Category ... how did you do that?

    You say you see the Products in your Zen Cart Admin ... what is the current categories_id ... what was it before?

    If you check one of the Products that you can see, and EDIT it, what is the master_categories_id ...

    Do you use Linked Products?

    First I edited the category to rename it and then I clicked the move category button to make it a top level category.

    The current category number is 7, which is what it was before I made the changes.

    The master_categorie_id is 7 for all items.

    I do not use Linked Products.

    And in the Catalog, do you see the Category name?

    And in the Admin are all the Products Active (green dot) ...

    Have you an URL to your site that we could perhaps peek at?

    Hi Linda,

    Yes I see the catalog name.

    Yes all products are active in the admin area.

    NOTE: in your Categories Description you have hard coded a zenid that you need to remove or you will have all kinds of problems with your sessions on your site ...

    I think I would need to see your Admin to see what has really happened here ...

    If you like, you may PM me the login to your Zen Cart Admin and when I have time I can try to look and see if I can spot the problem ...
