1146 Table '****.TABLE_PRODUCT_EXTRA_DESCRIPTION_EXTRA' doesn't exist problem

I can't update any of my products and zen shows me this:

1146 Table 'alepiach_zc1.TABLE_PRODUCT_EXTRA_DESCRIPTION_EXTRA' doesn't exist

What's the problem and how can I adjust it?

[update TABLE_PRODUCT_EXTRA_DESCRIPTION_EXTRA set products_code = null, file_1 = null, file_2 = null, file_3 = null, file_4 = null, file_1_title = null, file_2_title = null, file_3_title = null, file_4_title = null where products_id = '27']
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

Maybe I should say, that I can access all my admin pages, but I can't create a new product or editing it!
Moreover the alepiach_zc1 database exists!

Check your add on ... it looks like you did not install one or more files where you should have ...

well I tried to re-upload all the last day uploads... but it seems that they aren't the problem.
So how can I do to adjust it?

There should be a define for the new table:
TABLE_PRODUCT_EXTRA_DESCRIPTION_EXTRA

was a new table added to your database?

Could you go to your Zen Cart Admin ... and in the Tools ... Developers Tool Kit ... do a search on:
TABLE_PRODUCT_EXTRA_DESCRIPTION_EXTRA

in the bottom input box and select Catalog/Admin and see what files are calling this?

That does not appear to have anything to do with the Tell a Friend add on that you listed ...
