    Default Blocking an IP Address

I was wondering if you can block an IP address from your site. I have been noticing these two IP addresses on my site for the last 3 days and I think they are trying to either copy or hack my site. Is there any way to block them?
Thank you in advance for any help.

That function is usually possible in your hosting account's control panel.

also normally if you put "deny from 195.23.49.52" or whatever the ip is in your .htaccess file it will block it.
