Instant Comodo SSL seal not showing up?

Zen Cart v.1.3.8

Hi,
I downloaded the sidebox module for the comodo instant SSL logo seal (not the corner of trust) and installed it twice, but only have the alt text displaying not the logo? am I the only one this has happened to? normally the modules are quite straightforward. (I have been trekking through the forums but keep getting sidetracked! a wealth of info out there...)

So I'm posting in the hope I don't have to spend another day on this.

Do you have your image set-up in the right path?

Example:

/images

or

/includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATES/images

you were right no I had them set to 'mysite'/zencart/images and not root or 'mysite'/images.
