How to add external orders to customer?

Hi,
I could add a customer to my site .
Now, I would like to add the orders made from other to the customer site like Ebay or Shopmania .
That I could mange the orders and customers at Zencart .
Is my proposal possible?
Add-on programs like Super orders and gob_package_trackers are installed and work perfectly .
I would like the customers from Ebay or Shopmania could take the advantage of gob_package_trackers .

Sounds more like a job for a CRM. Try vtiger, there is an integration mod out there for zencart.
