Well all is transferred to Terranetwork now and the problem is resolved. Unfortunately streamline would not refund the £57.50 for the SSL even though it's clearly not suitable for this purpose.

I'd advise keeping away from Streamline for Zen Cart, and would like to extend my thanks to Terranetwork for making the change over painless and straight forward.
