Default Remove ZenID - it's breaking my links!

    ZC 1.3.8
    signjazz .com

Click on "Custom Examples" before clicking anywhere else.

The ZenID is breaking my link!

I cannot find any way around this, I want the zenid hidden so this doesn't happen. The top menu is using EZ Pages, and the gallery page is created using Ultimate SEO URLs and the Zen Cart Lightbox Gallery.

    Any help is appreciated!

    Jackie,

All I get is the Under Construction page.

Use the url right up to the zenid. That should work.

Hahaha lol so simple, and it worked!

BUT is it ok to have EZ pages linked like that? The way I read the instructions is this:

"If specified, the page content will be ignored and this INTERNAL alternate URL will be used to make the link
    Example to Reviews: index.php?main_page=reviews"

Is there a security reason that they're leaving off the http:// ... part?

As I understand it, EZ Pages are stored in the database so there is no file to call. I used the http://mysite.com/page.html?id=xx statement to call them. Don't know if it's right, but it works.

Oh, I just found some info here about why to use relative path:

    https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/i...hp?article=117
"While these links can be the Full URL to an Internal Link, it is best to write as a Relative Link so that if you change domains, are work on a temporary domain or an IP Address, the Link will remain valid if moved to another domain, IP Address, etc."

So it's not a security issue at all... and if I change domains I'll edit the link!

I have the same prob... I have an ez page link pointing to http://www.mysite.com/gallery.html however on first click on site (including the zenid=12345678) I get page not found.

So should I have the URL as '/gallery.html&zenid' ?

    Thanks
