I just installed the latest Security Patch for v1.3.8. My product images are not appearing, instead is two lines of the product name. Can someone tell me what files were affected with the Security Patch? Or if they know the reason why my Images folder is not being seen? Everything else seems to be working just fine.

As always, a link to your site would help.
The latest security patch only affects the admin part of your site, so you may have installed it to the cart portion by mistake.

Your server is triggering 403-Forbidden responses to image file requests.
ie: http://www.needtrains.com/images/99401050.jpg
It appears as though you've put restrictive permissions on your images folder, thus preventing the webserver from being able to serve them to browsers when requested..
