Hello,
I'm a bit confused on which Paypal method for payment should I use.
My store is based on Dreamhost. I don't want to manage sensitive info other than account name and shipping/billing address. I don't want to have the CC info on that server.
So which Paypal method should I use, what are the con's and the pro's of each method?
Is there any detailed document on that behalf?

I would just go for PayPal Express Checkout. Straight forward, simple to install and customer friendly.

From what I've understand the "Paypal Express checkout" works okay but the website stores the CC info in the local database, or did I get this wrong?
I probably did... I'll read some more and come back with comments.

none of the paypal modules store any credit card data in your store ... PayPal never shares that information with the merchant.
