Add A Delivery Address

I am wanting to add a "Deliver To" section in my purchase form but can't figure out how. I am using paypal for purchases but all I get is the billing address.

Zencart uses two addresses the shipping address (or called delivery address) and the billing address. The payment option doesnt matter. Both addresses are always shown and the billing address is usually the same as the shipping address be default. This can be changed during the checkout.
