Payments Pro without Express Checkout?

is it possible to have the Paypal payments pro without the express checkout? I need specific info from our shoppers but the express doesn't allow that kind of info input.

No,
According to your contract with PayPal, you must offer Express Checkout on any site where you use Website Payments Pro.

You wouldn't happen to know how to add custom form fields to the payments pro check out would you? I am wanting to ask specific questions at check out along with the standard credit card stuff.
