Paypal Express refund option?

HI There,

I was wondering what I'm missing!

I few weeks ago I created a paypal account. tested it by purchasing a product then I did a refund in zencart.

I have a customer who purchased through Paypal and requires a refund but I cannot see any option to click on refund, partial refund etc.

The orders are in pending and I'm clicking on the customer. I'm sure this is where is was?

One more question.. are refunds best done in Zen Cart admin or in Paypal ?

AS far as i know, refunds can only be done with Paypal. There should be an option to refund or decline the payment when you open the payment details in you paypal account.

This is for a paypal payment.

Why it shows (And still shows) in the test paypal payment I made to make a refund/partial refund and not in other paypal transactions I don;t know.

Am I trying to view this option in the wrong area? Is there a point where this option is no longer available?

other reasoning?
